The Juloo

The Juloo branch is an assembly of leaders who not just present/create laws to Kuudulaa, but also work in the town to ensure citizens follow laws to keep a safe city. Juloo Leaders have the ability to send a civilian to court, where the leader of the Juloo branch will run all trials in the city.

The fourth and final branch - The Juloo, who are law creates/enforcers.
